I did find a 4 door Clipper Super but I'm not sure how different the frames are. Also, not sure how good the frame is. I might try the repair route.

Any ideas for a frame swap? Obviously finding a donor Clipper is the best, but not necessarily the easiest to find option. I read something about using metric GM chassis and I've seen a few videos about crown vic frames. I'm 95% I can not use the frame I have.
Sidenote: I'm very upset. I tthought I got lucky when I traded for this car and now I just feel screwed and kinda sick.

I'm not sure about the floor pan, but I definitely suspect the car was hit. I'm learning that a lot was hidden about the car when I got it. It would explain several things for sure. I moved the jackstand rearward, it seemed to improve. I'm still concerned about the overall integrity of the frame.

I'm not sure how well you can see it, but on the right side of the stand, the rail has curled upward.

Has anyone else had issues with putting their Clipper on jackstands and the frame rails bending?
I just went to work on mine and I noticed the rail bent around the jackstand.

When I got the car, I noticed it had a slow leak on the rear-end. This leak has developed into the fluid almost pouring out as fast as I pour it in. Obviously, the car has been parked. Does anyone have a part number for the carrier gasket? Do the axles have to be pulled to pull the carrier off? I just want to make her road worthy again, before I embark on the floor pan journey.

Also, did I mention I'm completely new to Packards? I knew of the cars but, was never knowledgeable about them. I got lucky with how I got the car. I've also found myself in the middle of a rather steep learning curve. So thank y'all for the help.

What else can I use for a bezel tool? Has anyone tried drilling through an allen wrench?

On the list of things the car needs:
Floor pans and rocker panels. I'm missing almost all of my badges. The interior is completely ripped out, door panels are no good and carpet is gone. Also, found a leak on the rear diff, bad enough to leave a puddle in my shop.
I have to look into the bondo on the rear quarter panels, I'm scared they used it to cover up rust.
The seats have already been re-upholstered and the car is straight. Runs and drives great.
