1935 120 Convertible help with what it's worth and rarity????

I have a chance to pick up a 1935 120 Convertible. Looks to be in really nice (unrestored) shape. I am wondering if anyone on here can help me with info on it's rarity (can't find much info about them on the internet) and roughly what it's worth.

I am a muscle car guy, so I know nothing about these. Any help would be great.

I am just buying it to resell. I want to sell it quick so what would a quick sell market value be? I'm not looking to hold onto it for the 'right' buyer.

Thanks
