thank you so much it has a louvered hood .i'll try to get my pictures bigger .someone down the line put a diffrent carberator on this old car a carter 871sc its rebuildable but some one told me its not as good as the orignal.i found the right one for it but its $9000 bucks i guess the carter will have to do!this cars set 32 years after it got hot and quit?but its suppost too have been totally rebuilt right before that ,has a electric fuel pump and some strange wiring but over all its pretty whole!

I need some help figering out what this old packard is?Ive found #'s on the fire wall that reads <I33743>(i think this is a body #)and on the frame on the driver side that read *301105* but its not telling me nothing there's a big fuel vacume canister where the number plate should have been?
