Thanks to all that helped me with my choice of oil.
You were all a big help! At this time, I have decided to go with 10w-30. I have not done anything with the oil pan. Roger

I have a 1951 Packard 300 and the manuel says to use
20 weight oil, where can I get it. I can get 5-20 oil from Walmart. Can anybody help me with this. Thanks Roger

Catalog information does not give a picture of the distributor cap showing the numbers. Is there any other place I could look for a picture?

I have been on before about this car, I still cannot get it started. Does anyone out there have a picture of distributor cap, I need to see the firing order.
on the cap. It is a 8 cyl, L-Head. I am having trouble timing this car. Thanks Roger
