Wondering if anyone knows the correct (Pebble Beach Standard) structural wood that was used by Packard during the thirties.

I believe steamed oak was used for the conv. properties, but doors and floor are in question.

Thank-you Tim for the numbers and your detailed expertise.
I will first try my immediate avenues before I place any burden on a kind soul. It's too early to tell if I have to throw my hands in the air. Again just alittle anxious and very curious of what I believe is called "Packard engineering".

Thank-you for your quick response West. I am in Northern California. I found an owner a few hours away. I plan to see him in a few weeks. I'm just being alittle anxious. Wanting to see the missing puzzle piece(s) before I turn it into a day trip and drive ~500 miles or so round trip to visit him. No computer or camera or cell phone for that matter on his end. Again thanks. Scratching my head, would just like to see what I'm missing.

Hello folks,

Would like any help reflecting a picture of the nickel plated side latch that holds the dual cowl in place.

The latch attaches to the interior side of the rear door area to the cowl. After one would sit down in the back seat and fold the cowl down to secure it in place. Same 31-36?

I am missing a small part(s). Any picture(s) would be greatly appreciated. Can not locate pics. online.
