There is a molded length of WS on the rear door hinge pillars on Clipper bodies similar to that used on the front doors. Steele does not have the 20-21st Clipper item but does have them for the 22-23 series. The photo is his 22-23 item.
Does anyone know if the later piece could be made to work or is the length or the different body side profile too great. The Clipper item starts about 2" above the top hinge and follows the body curve. It is about 30" long in a gentle curve until about 2" from bottom where it sharply curves out. I don't have a later car to compare against so am wondering if the 22-23 series has such a greater body curve the tabs will be too far off.
Howard, The shop got all of my weather strip from Steele. The holes line up except for those below the lower hinge. Note the unscrewed rubber tab and two useless screws. Appears like the weather strip cement is enough to hold the lower end in place. I never even noticed this before, but it looks like the 22-23 will work. Mark
