Front seat upholstery looks exactly correct. Carpet looks wrong. Woodgraining is definitely wrong. Not sure about the shade, as I think there were different shades available, but the pattern looks like it was done with a brush. Woodgraining on this vintage Packard should be rolled on transferring a screened pattern that looks exactly like wood..

Wes is correct as usual. Here is a 39 110 dash that I did last year, using the correct Carpathian Elm Burl pattern. The background color is a medium orangish color, with darker ink. You can see the base color in the center of the dash, where it is covered by chrome.
I suspect that the dash in the 40 110 was done this way because it is easier, and doesn't require the dash to be removed. Shame, as the rest of the car looks very nice. I can't see the window trim clearly, but it looks ok. It is supposed to be a straight grain pattern.
