A possibility on the switch might be Classic and Exoticclassicandexotic.com and for the instruments, John Wolf & co.antiqueinstrument.com

In the services offered, Classic says they provide some electrical restoration work for individual items. They don't specifically mention switches but maybe worth a call. Wolf has been recommended and used several times for later instruments and can probably do yours too. Hopefully someone more familiar with the early cars will see your request and provide other suggestions.
