My oil fill tube wobbles around pretty good...is the tube a friction fit??? if so is there a trick on widening it out so its more secure????

It is a friction fit. Pull it out and clean the bottom and the hole in the block really well. Put some loctite on the tube and tap it back in. Make sure you turn it the right way so that the deflector on the bottom points away from the crankshaft.
