On the generator of my 1940 Packard there is supposed to be a red insulator that says DO NOT REMOVE. Well since it is missing I guess someone did remove it (probably decades ago) Does anyone make this today and if so where could I get one? I have a picture showing it below its to the far right.

Are you speaking of the red circle tag around the terminal? If so is this the item? and here is another version.
