Quite a regular

Can someone tell me the correct color for the 1934 Packard fuel tank? Should it be zinc colored or black? Thank you!

The same color as the chassis (frame, springs, axles, brake driums, etc.), in other words painted black unless your car had the extra cost "chassis in color" option.
