1934 EIGHT Inst PL. with what appears to b the same Dark Brown on the vertical line pattern as u find on the Su8 Herringbone. Looks FACTORY to me.

--DID THEY RUNOUT OF HARINGBONE PLATES AND USED AN EIGHT AS A SUB???
--WAS IT A MANUFATURES MISSTAKE??? and thus carried over into a production car.
--HAS SOMEONE PAINTED IT BUT WHY
