Sun Visor Question '37 115

I am in the final stages of completing restoration on my 115 coupe. The last issue at the Upholstery Shop is the Sun Visors. On the inside of the visor is a rubber tube stitched to the hard board. This rubber tube slides over the chromed metal arm and allows for movement of the visor as needed. This rubber needs replacing and I have not been able to find a source. Steele Rubber and Kanter do not carry. Has anyone found a source or a solution that has worked for you? Attaching a photo...Thank you for your help.

Tom

If it's simply going to be covered by fabric, and unseen, wouldn't an appropriate sized rubber hose or something work?
