1936 120B Fender Welting

Quite a regular

Does anyone know if fender welting is installed between the front fender and the inner fender? If so, does the fender welting go from the back of the headlight base (top of fender) all the way to the point where the running board begins? I have pictures of several 120 cars, but it is difficult to see if it is there or not. Thanks.
