Thanks for these data. If the stats in the Dawes book are correct, the person with 5687-4224 has the very last one made.

And to the owner of the 1276 Caribbean, you also have the final Carib ever made. My very best to the lucky owner. What a distinction!

When I last saw 5699-1276 (in 1999) it was a basket-case. I hope it found a good home and an owner with deep pockets.

OD,
1276 is alive and well. It has been to a PAC national or 2. There is a picture of it on the PAC website. I would post a picture of it, but for some reason I can not post pictures to this site anymore from my IPad.

#5699-1276 was in Warren, Ohio during the 1999 event in #1 condition. It is owned by a fellow in Tennessee and was featured in the Magnum Opus.
#5687-4224 was also in Warren during 1999 at the Magnum Opus. It is owned by a man in Ontario, Canada. #5682-4775 was the last Packard automobile produced in Detroit. A photo of it at the end of the assembly line was published several times in The Packard Cormorant. It was originally delivered to the S-P dealer in Guntersville, Alabama. No one knows where it is today.
