I have a row of approx. 3/16 dia. holes on the running board where the running board meets the bottom of the rocker panel. It looks like something was riveted on there at one time, maybe welt? Does anyone know what goes between the running board and rocker panel? Thanks

Was a foldable seal. STEEL sells.

BTW: Assume if ur car was a dark colored it was left rubberblack and if ur car was a light colored car it got painted body color. PARTS BOOK says to specify color
