Wiper vacuum lines hook-up

Does anyone know, or have an picture of how the vacuum lines for the wiper motor should be hooked up?

My '51 has a line that connects to the intake manifold, runs near the dual action fuel pump, but is not attached. I is jury-rigged with a couple pieces of hose to just loop back around and go straight to the wiper motor.

Looks like the whole thing was cobbled together when a replacement fuel pump was installed some years ago.

The line from the intake manifold goes to the exhaust side of the booster pump. The other side of the booster pump (suction or inlet side) goes to the wipers.

Thanks. I knew it wasn't right, but was not sure the right way.

Now I'll have to buy new blades before I fire it up, in case the wipers actually work, and the old ones scratch-up the glass!

Lots of places to get the wiper blades, including Ficken Wiper Service (www.wiperman.com). They also offer an excellent rebuilding service for the wiper motor if needed.
