I have a 54 Caribbean with an unknown part. It is shaped like a brake pad, has a part number h-3160 ,brown in color with white thick cloth fabric attached. Has 2 3/8 holes. Part is about the size of a small brake pad. tried to attach photo but Packard website wont allow or I am not smart enough. ??? any suggestions ? front clip, motor and trans is out. My tech who took the car apart does not know ?/?/ thanks, Chris
