R11 OD in a 47 Deluxe Clipper

I just installed a new clutch and a rebuilt trans with R11
OD in my Clipper. I have all of the correct electrical and control parts also installed. My question is what do I need to get for the Speedometer cable? The cable adapter fits the housing but the gear PN 347536 is too small. My research shows a PN 412443 may be the right gear for an R11 unit but will it fit the 1947 adapter? Should I be looking for a speedometer cable for a newer car with an R11 OD?
Thanks in advance for the guidance on this.
Mike

Yes, if you get the correct gear it will fit the adapter

Thanks for the help. Any thoughts on where I might find one? I think the Pn is 412443.

I think you are asking for the speedometer driven gear in the transmission, which Max Merrit, Marvin King (Patrician), Bob Stolfus will have. You'll need to know the ratio of your rear axle and they'll tell you whether you need the gear with 17, 18,19, or 20 teeth.

Sounds like you already have a fitting speedometer cable, but if you do need one, I can help.

I hope this helps.
