I have finally got around to try and determine why my OD unit is not working. I have gone thru the electrical portion and find the relay and solenoid working. I moved on to the internals of the OD unit-upon disassembly the OD shaft fork rail is missing(the part that mechanically locks out the OD) and the roller bearings for the free wheeling cam are missing.
Is this enough to prevent the unit from working?(esp the roller bearings).Obviously someone has been in this unit before.Now looking for parts!!
