For those interested in the Packard Accessory Exhaust Deflector P/N PA387991 (54th Series and Prior). This looks like a pretty good match to those that I have seen in the Accessory Brochures (1951 Brochure pictured). While not as long as far as the piece that goes over the tail pipe, the actual tip is a match style wise. Not sure if any vendor is reproducing the actual one. I have seen the "notch" style one reproduced, but not this style.
