Can't do much without the vehicle numbers and your father's name. With that info, if no one here can help, you might contact the Roster Keeper at The Packard Club (www.packardclub.org) for that particular year - if a prior owner bothered to submit the data at some point, then there may be some information available

motor numbers are f18056, model 2182, sn #704406. I understand this is a Long Shot, but you gotta try... I tried to upload a picture of the car but it wont upload

No vehicle number? The number on the plate on the cowl just ahead of the driver's windshield? That's the primary number.

Those are the numbers on the bill of sale. I have no way of knowing anymore info.
