If using a two post lift, are there any special precautions to be made concerning the 1956 Torsion Level system?

The 2-post lift at the garage where i drink coffee every morning has two swing arms on each side that engages the frame (or equivalent) at both sides. In which case Dave's advice should definitely be followed and turn the TL off.
