Best bet is to just bend them up yourself from 5/16" tube. Approximate the length as best you can and buy pre-finished tubes from an auto parts store. If you get the new ni-cop lines they are easy to bend. Sadly they will be very difficult to install if the engine is still in the car.

I used 5/16ths copper. Easy to bend.

You have to flare the ends.
