It sort of looks like a Pierce Arrow Silver Arrow from the early 1930s.

Pretty car.
I'll still take my V-8 Packard though. Craig

That car would be the 1936 Stout Scarab, thought to be one of the first vans. The Stout was powered by Fords' flathead v8 mounted on the rear axle. (Not Pierce Arrow)

Randy, I must respectfully disagree with you here, though I generally believe that you are correct in nearly everything!
I initially thought that it is a Silver Arrow too; but the more I looked at it, the more I am convinced that it is not a Silver Arrow. Note the slab sides of the car in picture. The Silver Arrow has protruding rear fenders. Also, the rear window is obviously different from the Silver Arrow. I honestly do not know what kind of car this is. I think it looks like something from the 1930s. It is probably a custom body that may have been patterned on the Silver Arrow. I also thought that it might be Tatra, but I had to dismiss that one too. Back to Square One ...

Do some research on a possible dimaxion or maybe dymaxion prototype. However itis a bit too refined in styling for dimaxion.
