Interior door handles are retained by a threaded collar. Insert a pin or similar into the small hole in the collar and unscrew until the handle is removed.
For exteriors just remove the exterior screws, except for handles with key locks which will have a third screw on the interior thru the upholstered door panel into the end of the handle shank. It will be directly opposite the exterior handle shank. The above is for an Eight sedan, I can't assure you that all body styles and models follow the same methodology.
