Hi Pampers, welcome to PackardInfo.com.

It will help our resident prewar experts to know the body number. According to Sandy Mitchell you could find the body tag when you open

"...the rear right door and lift the carpet up a bit. There should be a brass body tag about 4 inches in nailed to the floor."

The mentioned number I048I6 between the arrows is the so-called --> thief proof number.

And as always, a picture is worth a thousand words.

Your Packard is a Seventh Series Standard Eight (1930 model year) model 7-33 seven-pasenger sedan. Is there a dealer name and delivery date stamped on the data plate?
