Packard pickup builder in Carolina

I am embarrassed to say that I have lost my notes for a gentleman in one of the Carolinas. I believe he is making a Packard pickup, and asked me to find him some grille parts. I found the parts, but lost his contact information. I hear from so many people on a daily basis, and I have a hard time with names anyway, so his name has also left my memory.
Any help would be appreciated.

If who I am looking for frequents this site, I apologize for my poor organization.

Help?
