Doing a search at Amazon for stainless steel threaded balls brings up several offerings in various sizes but since a lot if not most of the items are foreign manufacture the threads are mostly metric. Possibly some would be a close enough fit to work but it might be a tough job finding an exact match to whatever US thread is on the antenna.
