Steve, I knew I had pictures of another '39 Graham but it took me a while to find it, it was back when I was shooting silver halide, before my 1st digital camera. This car was also at Greenwich, in 2009. 1936 Desoto airflow alongside. Hope you enjoy.

Thanks for the fine photos of another survivor. The Combination Coupe has very nice proportions and of course that light, elegant greenhouse. From observation of various photos and encounters over the years, there were two versions, one with a somewhat shorter greenhouse and longer deck upper surface. Still have to discover if this was a model year change feature.

The frontal styling is so Art Moderne and flamboyant, it can't help but be a polarizing design but so appealing for just that reason, much like the Airflows. The only drawback to the Graham, as a friend likes to point out, is its supercharged "forklift" engine.....
