This has been thoroughly explored, to my knowledge there is no known interchange for the seniors (not sure about the juniors) and if you're willing to consider machining, then you can bore, sleeve and machine your existing one.

I've been around old cars all my life and have converted 6 volt cars to 12 volt. Eventually I figured out it was better and easier to keep them original and just fix whatever was wrong.

Today I would leave a 6 volt car 6 volt unless I had a real good reason to change it.

By the way my dad was an electrician and I have done a lot of electrical work myself.
