Very funny but had halfway hoped to see a critter get shot out when he revved it up.

They do get in anywhere and everywhere and grease doesn't seem to discourage all that much. The caution of plugging the least little opening is good advice.

My friend had rebuilt his engine but it sat in place while doing rest of car. On a whim decided to remove the pan & this is what he found. Think it got in where the plug in fuel pump opening had come loose. Could just as easily crawled up the draft tube to valve area & set up housekeeping there instead.

There are many types of breathable fabrics available. The big difference in price between the cheap covers (and tarps) and the good covers is due to the breathable fabrics. Never ever cover a car with a non-breathable cover. Condensation build-up under the cover can do lots of damage.

I have the max cover from empire its a 3 layer cover made from Tyvek developed by DuPont.
