HH56 asked....Have all the conditions Ford originally presented been met for permanent ownership or long term lease or are there still some down the road problems that may come to light and it reverts back--or was it additional parts that could be made available with the conditions.

According to a conversation I heard today at Turnquist's funeral service, all Ford conditions for the original site have been met and the Foundation is the full owner without condition, and they expect the additional 7 or so acres to be transferred to the Foundation very shortly.
