1939 2 door touring coupe. $8k and it's ready to drive. Engine looks a little cruddy but I've seen them ask more for parts cars. Maybe people are turned off by the color?
https://lakeland.craigslist.org/cto/5945267433.html OR how about a 55 clipper. Pictures are not the best. Price seems reasonable. https://spacecoast.craigslist.org/cto/5976186585.html

Found these two in the Cincinnati Craigslist but I believe they are actually located north of Allentown, Pennsylvania

Hi
More southwest choices: A '47 Clipper Deluxe, blue & gray, ready to enjoy: http://phoenix.craigslist.org/evl/cto/5980139381.html A '48 Custom Eight, solid but serious roof damage, ambitious project/parts, pricey: http://losangeles.craigslist.org/lac/cto/5973050129.html A '49 Super Eight, 22nd, 41K miles, ready to enjoy: http://lasvegas.craigslist.org/cto/5967447393.html A '52 200 Deluxe, yellow & white, ready to enjoy: http://albuquerque.craigslist.org/cto/5980739663.html Two '56 Clipper Super hardtops, buy solid sheet metal, pay for shipping rather than for rusted metal repair: http://phoenix.craigslist.org/cph/cto/5962725671.html Western Colorado cars keep nice in the dry air: http://westslope.craigslist.org/cto/5972824333.html Steve BTW: The pricey 5th Series convertible coupe listed as a Dietrich body might well be. Seller notes it is 133" wb, making it a 533, which had no factory bodied convertible coupe catalogued. Comparing the windshield pillars with the 526 convertible coupe available in NH, the 533 has the narrow cast A-pillars and lack of upper door frame typical of Dietrich.
