1938 Packard Junior taillights have a round reflector at the top. Not sure why, but the reflector was dropped for the '39s so these years taillights are not identical.
This Packard is a 17th series (1939) with a doctored data plate purporting to be from a 16th series six cylinder, but it has to be wrong since Packard used stickers that model year! I had a '38 Packard over 20 years ago which is how I learned about the use of a data plate sticker. Now you know too.
