In my line of work I'm exempt and not bound to home and are able to get out on the road. So today I found (and wasnt looking I just happen to drive by) a 49 deluxe club sedan. The guy was asking $6k but told me (from a safe distance) that he would take $3k. Engine is free, oil looks brand new and ran when parked (license plate is from 1955...)

They didn't make a 36 120 long wheelbase I think, but it has a 1936 120 dash. I never heard of a factory station sedan, I suspect a aftermarket/ coach built funeral car or something like that.

The "1937 station sedan" is a 1936 120-B Commercial chassis on the 158 in wheelbase. The body is a Henney Nu-3-Way, its 1936 dash, shorter windshield and hood vent trim identifiers. This was before Packard and Henney entered into their joint agreement making Henney their exclusive professional car coachbuilder. Looks to be a major project.

Wow...The old girl appears to be a better than average deal, even if some front end and break work are required. Miss Prudence needed both plus universal joints. Ernie in Arizona

Ernie, I think you meant BRAKE work! But you're right, it seems to be a lot of car for the money and supposedly all original although it looks like a re-paint to me.
