Believe the heater motor is series wound also--although it's been awhile since I took one apart.

Don't think so. Easy enough to check out.

Electric antenna would be all right though except up would be down and down would be up. Right about the radio and the ammeter. The vibrator would not work backwards. It could but it is not internally connected to allow that.

The starter motor is another thing. It will always turn the same way no matter which way the power is hooked to it. BTW One reason a starter is series wound is that the motor developes it's max torque when it is locked up as it is after it engages the ring gear and before the engine starts to turn. Same with a street car.

Hope you disconnected the gas line before you started. Or, cleaned the gas tank.

A motorboat gas tank is excellent for starting an old car or moving one around. Connect it to the fuel pump or if the fuel pump is shot you can connect it right to the carb and use the built in pump.
