I would gladly trade you for our Prime Minister. Obama has rock star status up here.

I would gladly take solid balanced leadership over Rockstar narcissist any day.

For some reason, the economy doesn't run on Rockstar Status & good intentions.

(Off soap box now)

Don, The metaphor "rock star" status was, perhaps, a poor one only used to convey the popularity he enjoys here in Canada. This is not a proper forum for political opinions so I will make no further comment with my apology.

This thread has gotten way off course and in someways has been high jacked. It's time for the thread to locked.

Agreed. I notice I was called out on the carpet by some in this post for a "Political" commentary.

I think my post was most respectful, compared to one post referring to our President as "Numbnuts".

So, I will edit my post to make those more "Comfortable". No need to lock the thread down.

Everyone back to ignorant bliss.

Imagine that, a thread that got off course and wasn't caused by Shireman. Now he wants it locked, lol.

No need to lock the thread, nothing bad is going on, just people having a good time, what's wrong with that?

As for the political side, here's my

#1-ALL politicians are crooks, no exceptions.
#2-Anyone who doesn't believe this needs to seriously wake up.
#3-No matter who you vote for, Democrat or Republican, they're all controlled by the same puppeteer.
#4-Refer to rule #2.
#5-All "isms", no matter what, are usually a bad idea.

If people weren't so closed minded to opposing opinions this world would be a whole lot better.
