Just wondering if there is a registry or Packard appraisers/experts available to inspect a potential Packard purchase?

I'm a sitting duck for any unscrupulous seller trying to unload a money pit. And considering that when I do buy a Packard, I need to make a very wise purchase because it will take all the financial resources I can scrape together to buy a Packard. I won't be a in position to have constant repairs done.
