For a 1937 Packard 120, what kind of nut and thread size is used to hold the headlight bucket to the stand?

Second question, what kinds of bolt is used for the bumper located near the end of the bumper to hold it to the bumper brace? Is it oval or rounded and made to fit in the bumper groove? Is there a name for the head and thread size and where can one purchase these bumper bolts?

Thanks,
Bob

Not familiar enough with bumpers to answer but here is headlight bucket info from parts manual. The bolt looks special but the nut looks like something from the hardware store. There is also a flat and lockwasher called for. Apparently they changed size in 38 so guessing the later years or maybe it is the senior buckets are larger and need the bigger size???
