Hi there again, So we almost have all the parts we need for this restoration, but there are a few questions I have for all you experts.
1. Was there a rubber gasket that ran over the edge of the spare tire covers where the wheel cover meet with the tire cover?
I have tried numerous locations trying to track down different rubber manufacturers and no luck. Is my best bet going to be using a generic shaped piece of rubber?

2. Was there a chrome nut/bezel that covered the hinge portion of the wiper arms where they come out of the car?

NO rubber on the edge. There is a rubber strip on the Side Plate.

Shaft coming out of the Wiper Motor takes a wiper arm with a spring loaded arm. Casing at the top then to a formed piece. NO Nut as the '35 up has. Similar to this

but snaps on wiper motor shaft (NO NUT or hole).

Do you know of anywhere that i would be able to get one of those rubber strips. I have tried Steele rubber, but couldn't see any pictures or anything.
