When a donation is made, are they scanning it and e-mailing it to you?

That is preferred method. Or if it's a big item, sometimes it is scanned and put on a CD and sent to me. I also have used FTP and DropBox as needed.
I was just playing catchup on several items people sent me, and that I had dropped the ball on.
