Just throught I would share this with you folks just to help you gauge what kind of volume the website has been receiving on a month basis. Boy have we come along way in two short years! I have noticed that every year there is always a lull in May. Still have not figured out why, my only guess is Memorial Day weeked vacations send people offline for a few days.

That represents total site hits, not pages served.

That wold make it EVEN busier. Right?

Site hits represent the total number of internet requests. So just to explain what that means in simplified terms:

If you to a webpage, a single request is made to load the HTML for that page. Once the client browser downloads that html page it then parses it, and links to page resources defined inside that html (graphics, images, audio, etc) requires another request to be made for each resource. So if a page contain just text and 10 pictures or graphics, then a total of 11 hits/requests would have to be made to load that page in your browser. So the hit/request rate is always going to higher by a large multiplier, than the total number of full pages served. I think the website is averaging about 80,000-100,000 pages served a month.
