Glad to see and hear that some of absent site members are starting to report in as their power is restored. The municipal utility company that I work for, Jacksoville Electric Authority, sent several crews northeastward as soon as we were contacted. They hooked up first with Baltimore Gas and Electric and once restoration efforts were completed there they headed further north to Long Island where they still remain...photos being sent back indicate massive flood damage and long gas lines. A sign at the Steelers/Giants game yesterday said "we have no gas, no electricity and no heat but we have Eli"...even his home suffered heavy flood damage.
