Does anyone know who reproduces the metal component of running boards for a 34 1101? I know that all else is available, but what about the actual metal boards?

I know this is heresy, but check on the vintage Chevy websites. They make a number of steel and fiberglass (more heresy!) running boards that might possibly work. You might want to check with the Flackmaster in Dallas (on this website) as he has a small warehouse at his house. He might have some original ones.

That is usually hand fabricated.

Check with Northfield Forming, I believe you can buy the long flat piece from them; when I did my 34 running boards I fabricated all the other pieces by hand, as Mr. Pushbutton has indicated.
