Thank you for finding the list I wasn't able to locate. I saw 18-wheelers busy unloading cars this afternoon at the Reno Convention Center, prompting me to wonder if any Packs were up for auction.

If I was looking for Packs in Reno, then maybe I would look here:
rei.com/search?query=day%20packs REI has a wonderful selection of Packs. For smaller day packs both the wife and I prefer Osprey. For longer treks I prefer North Face. Seriously, if you want to find out a lot about Packards, then you should consider joining the PAC region, Silver State Packards based in Reno, NV. Unfortunately, Silver State Packards is on "hiatus" according to the president. They are, however, having a BBQ I'm attending an August 2. I hope to rub elbows with and pump for info some of the "members."
BTW, what do you call members of a group that is on hiatus? kind regards Garrett Meadows
