Can you get us some more details as to how the line hooks up to the working master cylinder? Appreciate the photos!!

Just about any car or lite truck built since the mid 80's uses a hydraulic clutch. Hense a reservoir on the firewall. Usually only hold about 4 oz's of fluid tho. However the reservoirs are usualy translucent nylon. which makes it easy to monitor fluid level. Its a ready made reservoir with mounting ears, cap, tube etc.
Look at late 80's F Raanger or Chev s10 just to name two. Thats what i would use.

Hi Troy and Packardv8. There was a whole thread on remote res for the BTV. If you havent seen it you should read thru it and I would be interested to know your thoughts on the aplication and the "relief port". I too thought of the many clutch res however at under 21 dollars these seem to be a no brainer with a little more volume and also the vented cap with water separating inner diaphram. See-
