PAC 2015 National, Reading PA

Lots of time to make a decision but I was wondering who was planning on attending? The hotel and registration information along with a description of the various tours is on the PAC website (www.packardclub.org). Of the various events, the visit to the Bulgari collection is something very special.

It's an easy drive for me, less than 300 miles round trip, and Interstate highways easily avoided so I'm planning on driving the 34 in a caravan with 6 or so other local Packard owners. I hope to see a goodly contingent of PackardInfo folks present.

Hi

I'll be there for the show day, part of the prior day, with another EGP Region member. We did a quick trip for the Warren meet last year. Hope its a week of nice weather, not miserably hot and humid.

Ken P, did you attend the Henry Joy Tour in Saratoga Springs a few years back?

I did not- I just moved to Saratoga last August. I was in Pearl Harbor, HI for three years before that and spent most of my time underwater, where there are no car shows!

Hi

On your way to the PAC National if you're traveling from the north, perhaps make time for a visit to the John W. Rich Automobile Museum at Frackville, PA, easy enough to find up Route 61 just above I-81 Exit 36.

jwrautomuseum.com/home.html

A wonderful variety of cars including a couple gorgeous Classic Packards and many coachbuilt European Classics. Plus one very special Rolls-Royce with as flamboyant a coachbuilt body as was ever mounted on that chassis....leave it to a furrier and Henri Labourdette!

Well, just over 3 weeks until the National. Other than Steve (58L8134) and myself, who else is planning on attending, at least for a day or two if not the entire week?
