Home away from home

When we have discarded the unneeded stuff and moved into our larger building we will no longer need the smaller one.
In contemplation of that we have a firm contract to sell it, it will be made into apartments.

More efficient labor wise, only 1 bldg to light, heat and maintain. We own several Packard hearses but no plans to use them for many years so don't send flowers yet.
