Well I found the bottom of my air cleaner broke off, after looking at another air cleaner I notice there is suppose to be another part inside the tube. So can this be taken apart so I can see what I'm missing and what it looks like, I don't want to ruin my good one. Tried looking in the parts booklet I didn't see a break down just a listing at 9.102.

That part with the flange fits over the bracket and then the bolt with the butterfly tightens it down. Don't think they are made to come apart. You should be able to weld the broken off part back onto the housing and be good as new.

I'm thinking that the missing center piece is what caused that to break. I'm thinking that it kept it from wobbling and without it cause it to break loose.

Looks like I'm missing that cone shape piece that the red arrow is pointing at. Looks like I'll have to find a new lower piece for the air cleaner.
